Clinical Supervision for Counselors in Oregon

Confluence Counseling offers individual and group supervision for those seeking licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Oregon, as well as supervision of supervision for professionals who need an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) to oversee their supervision.

Our supervisors

Sean Roberts, PhD, LPC, ACS, is a counselor, supervisor, and counselor educator. He has been a Professor of Counseling at Prescott College, Montana State, and Oregon State, and currently teaches Psychology and Addictions Counseling at Central Oregon Community College.

Lauren Roberts, MS, LPC, ACS, has worked in the mental health field since 2005, including wilderness and residential programs for adolescents and young adults, and is trained in EMDR and has worked in private practice for over ten years.

What supervision looks like

Supervision is a relationship. We aim to create a space where associates and supervisors in training can bring real cases, explore their own reactions, and grow in clinical judgment while meeting Oregon licensure requirements.
