How It Works

  2. Share your insurance information and we'll help confirm your coverage and match you with an in-network therapist.

  3. Schedule your first session, often within days, in person at our Bend office or by secure telehealth.

Paying Out of Pocket

If you don't have insurance or prefer to pay privately, we offer a limited number of sliding-scale appointments based on financial need. Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs before your first session.
